Can't sign into Xbox social on PC.

Hello Manglebones, when it says you deleted your Microsoft that had main accoun, did you delete Alias and email or just Alias?

Because when we create an Alias you have the option to keep the previous email within the account and with that you can log into the account with one or the other, but if you created Alias and then deleted the system will not let you create an account with the email that existed previously.

Thank you very much for the reply. I deleted the entire account, email and alias, and chose 30 days to wait for permanent deletion.

I solved the issue though. I created and signed in with a local account, reset PC, then went to Settings>Accounts and chose to sign in with a Microsoft profile instead. This seems to have solved my issue. I’m happy to explain in further detail about he steps I took, but thanks again for your reply. I hope this helps someone else too.

Yes I am signed up for the Rockstar Social Club. If I log onto the Social Club website on my phone I can see that it is recording my stats from playing. But for some reason I can't access it in game.

To check, have you signed up for a Rockstar Social Club account? Once you sign in with that and then sign into Xbox Live, you should be able to download the content from the in-game marketplace.

The synchronization failed message appears to be an error on Rockstar's side of things with the Social Club. Keep us in the loop with what's up.

Update: I have messaged Rockstar on their support site about the Social Club error, to see if they can help.
