Can't sign into Xbox One

Hi!

First off, I apologise if this is in the wrong section.

I loaded up my Xbox one and it wouldn't sign me in automatically. I tried to sign in manually and I got the following error code: 0x80a30204

I have no idea what it means and I can't sign into my account on my console. I checked the settings and it states that the following service is experiencing issues: Purchase and Content Usage.

Any help world be much appreciated.

whenever I try to sign into my main account I use on my Xbox, I get an error message saying, "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account my signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x8007000E" I've gone to the website but
I don't know where to wnter that code.

Am trying to log in to my boyfriend's Xbox One but am having issues - it won't accept my password (I then went onto xbox.com and signed in on there and that password worked absolutely fine). I thought to try and reset my password (even though I knew I was
typing it in correctly) and had to type in the letters to the image captcha thing, and I've typed in the correct letters about 10 times in a row and it's still just refreshing the page and acting as if I'm typing it incorrectly.

My account was set up in the UK, but my boyfriend's Xbox is American. Is that the reason, will it not allow UK accounts on US Xboxes?? It's driving me nuts because I've just brought CoD to play on his Xbox!

Well I went into account.live.com and sorted various proofs out. I removed my account and recovered it, after updating details on the account site, and it seems to be ok now.

Give that a try as it worked for me. I'm now signed in on my xbox one.

 

It gives me a different message, it gives me another error code when I try to sign in to my account again.

I am trying to sign in but get stuck when waiting to receive the link to my microsoft account. the email never comes to my account. what to do? any help most appreciated

 

Y'all may be overthinking this one. I just held down the power button until it reset and problem solved.. Hope this helps
