cant sign into Xbox one console

Hi to all,

Hope someone can help me resolve my issue signing in on my Xbox One.

I have tried all the know methods mentioned in various sites, such as,

holding the on/off button for 10 seconds,

removing power for 10 minutes,

pressing the icon on controller to restart console

resetting without removing saved games

resetting removing everything.

Nothing works.

when i press add profile, i get a glimpse of a circle that goes round on my screen and returns back to add profile, no error code or anything.

On resetting the console i go through the questions as normal, where i live, language and so on until i get to a point that, next you will asked for your Microsoft account, i press next and it doesn't give me the option to add my email and password, it says
that you can add your profile from home later, meaning when the set up is complete. but again goes back and forward to the add profile button..

any ideas?

but they want to play together so they cant as he will be signed in on his console, then one of the kids consoles are set as home so that child can but the third cannot as if he signs in on that one then he will be signed out of the first one.

Let's have you try to Power Cycle the console and see if that helps first.

There's nothing on the service status page, and I just had a look on Reddit and nobody is complaining about it on there - typically if there is a Live issue that isn't on the service status page, a bunch of people are talking about it on Reddit, but there's
nothing there right now.

Could it be a local issue? Have you tried rebooting your router? An issue with your ISP perhaps?

yes i have tried resetting everything and it still does same thing...was working great yesterday....it wont even show a error message, just a black screen with cancel on it and send feedback, but when i click send feedback it say i need to download a app
for that

when i try to delete it off my console or transfer it it says this action cant be performed and when i try to sign in at one point it said this profile cant connect to xbox live on this console and my friend tried to recover it but he dont remember what
it said.
