Can't sign into xbox one because of security info change?

It said it would not affect my ability to use xbox live

so when i log in on xbox one i get a pop up saying "Did you request a security info change?" and yes i did due to the old email not working no more

so obviously i click "yes this was me"

then i get a page saying click next to continue using your xbox one

i click next and then it reverts back to the original page asking if i requested a security info change

has anyone any experience of this?

incredibly frustrated now

Games on disc and downloaded games load slow

My BF3 is loading very slow today. Don't know why. I can't even sign into Xbox live because of a security error.

Can't sign into account please help

I can't access my account that has all my game data on it because it asked me to make security proofs so I changed my email to my primary one now and when I went to sign into it it says that the account can't sign in with that email but when I sign in
on Xbox.com with this email it gives me a name of an account I have never heard of but my account comes up on its friend list. (Extra info) AusSteezyTHUGG is my main account

can't buy bo2 in the store and can't through website because my phone broke and it takes a month to change your security info which absolute bull

Go to http://account.live.com and sign in with account info. Under password and security info choose edit security info, bottom of this page shows current question and the option to change.

Thanks for coming to the forums with this great question. Following the 30 day period, you can definitely make more security changes to your account, if necessary. Of course, this would mean another 30 days, but really, there's no price on having a secure
account! If you no longer have access to that email associated with the account, it would be best to add another email that you do have access to, to be on the safe side, and of course, help out with account recovery and authentication.
