Can't sign into xbox one because it still thinks I use an old email address that I changed ...

So today I wanted to change my display name for xbox one, as it was still one of my parents. So I went on the account.live site and changed the display name. I also changed the primary alias for the account to my email, and removed my parents email. And
with that changed my password because I haven't done that in some time. So I tried getting onto my xbox one and my display name was changed. Great. Now come about 3 hours later I go back on and it is asking for me to log into the account, but under my parents
email. So i put in the old password that I used before I changed it 3 hours prior, and it won't work. I used my new password and that won't work either. I go on my 360 and get on using that. I really want to get onto my xbox one so any help would be appreciated.

i changed my email address, the change happened but i still have to sign in with my old email, i think this might of happened because i have a xbox account which i dont use/never have used with the email address i changed it to.

 

Microsoft account problem

Okay so the microsoft account that i currently use for my xbox account was hacked into, or so i think. The password is changed and security questions have been put on the email address so i need to know how i can use my other microsoft account for my xbox
account without having to sign into the old microsoft account (which i cant sign into). Any help/support would be appreciated.

You need to add the new credentials as a new account to your Xbox to get it working. You will not lose your savegames add they are stored in the cloud and will be resynchronized work your new profile the moment you start a game.
