Cant sign into xbox.no gamer tags

Try to add account/download account by entering the email address associated with the account you want on the console.

Try a hard restart of the console by unplugging it from it's power source then leaving it for a minute before rebooting.Then try signing in again.

Failing that please look at microsoft help
