Can't sign into Xbox live with Skyrim

Everytime I try to play Skyrim on my PC I am asked to sing into Xbox. When I try to sign in I get the error of We couldn't sign you in, try again later (0x80004005)

I have no problems singing in to Xbox otherwise. Please help me, I just puchased the game and now it won't work.

Its probably in the apps data local file where your game data is located. Try empty those app data files related to the game

Yes I did. I don't really know what is up because I sign into Xbox live with no problem, it's only when I try to run Skyrim

I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!
