Okay, so i will sum this up as fast as possible then give a more detailed explanation of my problem.

•can’t sign into xbox live while playing a 360 game on my xbox

•So; when trying to play black ops 2 on my xbox one(the app clearly works), I go to multiplayer and it tells me to pick my account. i choose my account and it says that i can’t connect to xbox live. When trying to login to other
accounts on my xbox they work fine and let me play. i went to my xbox 360 console and redownloaded my account but that changed nothing.I have not been an able to find help in any way what so ever. If you are able to help in any way what so ever please help.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

Cannot connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox One while playing an Xbox 360 game

I’m trying to sign into my Xbox Live account on Xbox One while playing Assassins Creed 3 for Xbox 360.

It won’t let me sign in.... I think it’s because I changed my gamer tag recently. My current gamer tag is BruteCommand and my old one is THE DEMON 100. It shows BruteCommand on my home screen but THE DEMON 100 when I try to sign in to Xbox Live on the game’s
home screen.

Does anyone at all have a solution or a theory to why this won’t work for me?

Hi!

Try clearing the cache from the console by holding down the power button for 10 secs. Next, start an X360 game on the X1, press the menu button and the options button on the controller. You will see the management of the X360 where you can log in with the
existing profile, otherwise it may be necessary to re-download it.

I can’t make purchases on xbox360 console, I can make purchase on my computer for xbox 360 games, but I can’t play them cause I can’t sign in to xbox profiles or gametags

I think if I sign into a games for windows live game while my bro is on 360 then I just show up as being signed in like normal, so I'd say it'll be the same on the One. The notification is that you've signed into Xbox Live, not Xbox 360

I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

Tried that, even did a factory reset on Xbox One still can’t sign into Xbox 360 nor BC Xbox 360 Games
