Can't sign into Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    Can't sign into Xbox Live on Xbox 360


    I've tried the following things:

    -restarting

    -testing wifi connection (on this device and other devices)

    -unplugging

    -clearing the cache

    -deleting all profiles

    -changing my Microsoft password, then restarting the device, then trying to download the profile

    But despite all this, Xbox Live still tells me that I have the wrong password (I've tried about 5 times now and know I'm typing in the correct password.) I see that other people have had this issue over the last few years, but don't see any solutions.

    Same here, it happen to me can't sign in to 360 on the xbox x to play 360 games, hope they get their s it together.

    Got to xbox to play 360 games and 2 live memberships and can't even play, wasted of money

    I mean I see what you are coming from but when I play backwards compatible it says signed into xbox live.. once the servers go down on the 360 then you can't be signed into xbox live correct?
