Cant sign into XBox Live on window 10 PC

OK I recently bought Gears of war 4 and was looking forward to playing especailly after waiting for all the game files to download, all 127GB of them, what the ****!!

Opon starting the game I need to sign into my xbox live account, im unable to do this full error message im getting is "We Cant sign you in right now. Try again later." (0x409) 0xD000000D

Ive been looking at other post regarding this issue and have tried the sugested fixes, restarting services, Re-registering the Xbox App via powershell, setting startup options via msconfig to Normal. The only thing that has kind of worked is creating a
new window 10 logon then running the Xbox app I can then sign in, however when I log on the windows store and go to my Libary I'm told i need to download and reinstall Gears of War again all 127GB of it!!! I shouldnt have to create a new Windows logon just
to play games that are only avalable on XBox Store

I was under the impression windows was trying to get back into the PC gaming with the XBox Store. So far the 2 games I've got Ive had problems with both of them. I dont get these problems with Steam!

ERROR CODE:801151911 Cannot sign into xbox live

I cant sign into xbox live through my profile but when none of my profiles are signed in i can connect to xbox live. also i can sign into xbox live through my account on my PC. Please provide suggestions as to why i cant sign in.

No, sorry maybe I posted in the wrong section. This is a PC with Windows 10. When I saw "Xbox for Windows 10" I assumed that was referring to the Xbox Live thing I signed into on my Windows 10 PC when I played Minecraft.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble logging into Xbox Live from your Windows 10 PC. In order to use Xbox Live properly on Windows 10 you need to be signed into the Microsoft Account as
you're Windows profile before trying to sign in at the Xbox App or to use Xbox features. Are you signed into a different log in profile to the PC before trying to log onto Xbox Live? Let us know with a reply to determine how to best assist you.
