    Can't sign into xbox live on 360


    Hi, I've been trying to log in to my xbox 360 for a while now and no matter what I do I just get error code 8015D003. I've tried all the things so far I've found on other threads to no avail. I've reset the password, I've signed in online so know Kim using
    the correct email and password, I've changed security settings, I've cleared cache, I've logged in and out of my Microsoft account. Ive tried everything I can find and still get that error code. I've found Microsoft support network to be absolutely useless
    as well with all options leading me back to the virtual agent who just offers for me to speak to a gamer which I've tried to no avail. I've seen other threads with help that aend you to a link that is either dead or leads you to that useless virtual agent.

    How do I fix this issue ?

    Why is Microsofts support structure so useless?

    Same here, it happen to me can't sign in to 360 on the xbox x to play 360 games, hope they get their s it together.

    Got to xbox to play 360 games and 2 live memberships and can't even play, wasted of money

    I mean I see what you are coming from but when I play backwards compatible it says signed into xbox live.. once the servers go down on the 360 then you can't be signed into xbox live correct?
