Can't sign into xbox app Windows 10

I have tried unsuccessfully to log into the Xbox app for about a week. I'm stuck on the We cannot sign you in right now. Try again later. (0x3ec)

I've contacted support 3 times, done everything they've said, from an inplace upgrade, resetting the windows store and xbox app, uninstalling then reinstalling both apps, restarting the computer, disabling my antivirus and re activating it, and none of it
works. Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to play Forza 6 apex. I don't have a Xbox console, just the pc.

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

3. Copy and paste the following command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage
4. Press Enter.

Restart your Windows 10 device to refresh and sync all changes made. Then, download and install the Xbox app

I've done all of those, same error. Did it again, same error. And I can't create another user, because when I do and I sign in, I can't open anything except the File Explorer

I disabled all AVAST shields, and it still showed the same error

 

I disabled all of the AVAST shields, then tried again, but still nothing. Same error

 

Even I have the same issue, keep me posted if you have gotten any help on this. I am not using any third party but Microsoft defender itself.
