Can't sign into Xbox app on iPad

I've downloaded the Xbox app to my iPad and when I get to the sign in, I get a green screen saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Give it another try or try on Xbox.com"

Clicking "Try again" brings up the same message. The only other option is "Close." There is no error code or number.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled. I've restarted the ipad. Nothing works.

Suggestions?

My account works just fine online - I have no problems signing in. I can't even access the sign in screen on the iPad.

Please let me know what else I should try-

Hello EMB,

We understand that you're receiving a login error for the Xbox App on your iPad.

As you have already attempted to troubleshoot the hardware, we would then suggest that you attempt to sign into the account on our website to ensure that this does not concern an issue with the account itself.

Try this for us and let us know what happens.

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this issue. We currently don't have any

service alerts that would affect the sign on problem on the iPad. If you're able to sign in to your account fine in any other device I would suggest to report this issue through your iPad as well as you can submit the bug report through the

iPad feedback webform.
