Can't sign into Xbox App error 0x80860010

I can't seem to log into my xbox app using my windows account, yet I can log in no issues on xbox website. I have no idea what the issue is and can only assume its on their side? I wouldn't be too down hearted to be honest but this is the second time I've
used this app and now I can't play a game I purchased the other day for £35, not the happiest as I'm not entirely sure I can claim a refund for that matter.... this seems to be an on going issue from some of the comments I read across forums, and if this is
the case then I'm going to have to steer clear of the xbox app on windows 10.

Sign in troubles

The account that I can't sign into gives me this, "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x80860010."

Can't sign into the Xbox app on Windows 10, keep getting error 0x409 0x80080300.

Can you try downloading the Xbox (beta) app from the Store and let us know if that resolves the issue? You might also want to verify that you're signing in with the correct profile on your Windows 10 PC, if you use a different profile to sign in on your
PC.

If that does help, in the Xbox (beta) app please use the Feedback button at the bottom of the main menu in the top left of the screen to tell us more about the issue.
