Can't sign into Xbox Account

Hi just wondering if this is a known issue or if something has changed that is causing this.

As soon as I turn on my console, all I can see is my home screen (no friends or other tabs), the other tabs have the spinning loading circle going. As soon as i click "sign in" at the top, the screen darkens but does not pop any screen. After a while it'll
brighten back up to the home screen.

can't sign into xbox account

Every time i try to log into my xbox account i get the same error code to try again later and an error code i cant remember the code im sure you guys know what the code is as if i'm having problems others as well i check my account services and it says everything
is normal so i would like to know what is going on as i haven't been able to log in for almost 3 hours now

for some reason it won't let me sign in I'm in a student block so it's. A open wifi system

Are you receiving any error codes?

If experiencing login issues, first step always should be to check the xbl status page:

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

If there are no problems displayed, please try if a system cache reset fixes your problem. To do so please hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the
color to orange and then restart the console.

If that doesn't work please delete your profile from your console and then redownload it.

Currently there is an active Service Alert which is consistent with most errors occurring in the involvement of digital items.

The website allows us to notify you when the services are back up through the notify me selection in the green bar.

Our suggestions are to follow basic troubleshooting procedures as our engineers release a patch throughout each region for all users.

This process takes time, what is advised is to follow variants of Restarting the Console as in some cases the console may only
need a fresh start.

Is signing in to my account a digital item? The core services server shows being fine but i can't sign into my accounts at all.

Service alerts do have the potential to cause other errors, if not clarified on the website a suggestion is to attempt all basic troubleshooting involving all variants of
Restarting the Console.

Is the issue still occurring by any chance?

Hi,

There is an outage on Xbox’s side and it will be fine once Xbox servers are back up

It seems to be a reaffirming issue as this happened a few weeks ago also
