Can't sign into Xbox account

please help. I have recently updated my phone to w8 to w8.1. After the update I can't log in my Xbox account from Xbox games. I am logged on from the account settings to my Microsoft account. Whenever I go to my social page in Xbox games they ask me to sign
in or do I already have an Xbox account. If I click on already have, they ask me to change my account setting which actually does not work. And if I click on the sign in, nothing happens. I am sure that I am not giving my information wrong. I can log in to
Xbox account from website. But can't do from my Xbox games. So my gamer tag is also not updating. In a fix guys. Please help me out.

Every time i try to log into my xbox account i get the same error code to try again later and an error code i cant remember the code im sure you guys know what the code is as if i'm having problems others as well i check my account services and it says everything
is normal so i would like to know what is going on as i haven't been able to log in for almost 3 hours now

for some reason it won't let me sign in I'm in a student block so it's. A open wifi system

Currently there is an active Service Alert which is consistent with most errors occurring in the involvement of digital items.

The website allows us to notify you when the services are back up through the notify me selection in the green bar.

Our suggestions are to follow basic troubleshooting procedures as our engineers release a patch throughout each region for all users.

This process takes time, what is advised is to follow variants of Restarting the Console as in some cases the console may only
need a fresh start.

Is signing in to my account a digital item? The core services server shows being fine but i can't sign into my accounts at all.

Service alerts do have the potential to cause other errors, if not clarified on the website a suggestion is to attempt all basic troubleshooting involving all variants of
Restarting the Console.

Is the issue still occurring by any chance?

Hi,

There is an outage on Xbox’s side and it will be fine once Xbox servers are back up

It seems to be a reaffirming issue as this happened a few weeks ago also
