    Can't Sign into Xbox 360 xbox live


    Hi, I recently started playing a xbox 360 game on my Series X. It was working fine earlier, however after I closed it on Quick resume I now cannot log into xbox live on backwards compatible games. I get a "Can't Sign In: A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again" error message. I tried clearing the xbox 360 cache and it cleared my profile off. However, the pop up still happens and I am currently at a loss of what to do. I can't even download my profile without this popping up. I have reset my router, and my xbox multiple times.

    I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

    Same here, it happen to me can't sign in to 360 on the xbox x to play 360 games, hope they get their s it together.

    Got to xbox to play 360 games and 2 live memberships and can't even play, wasted of money

    I mean I see what you are coming from but when I play backwards compatible it says signed into xbox live.. once the servers go down on the 360 then you can't be signed into xbox live correct?
