Can't sign into Xbox 360 live account

When I first try logging in I'm asked if the phone number I have on file is correct, which it is, so I move on to the next step, where it's asking me for either another email address or phone number(which I only have one phone, so naturally I went with adding
an email). I've added the email, confirmed it, and it's giving me this notification you see above. I've already added the email to my Microsoft account and it still doesn't work! I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here. I clearly see the email added to my
accounts security so it should work.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?


WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

Microsoft Account Sign in Problem on Xbox 360

I can't sign into Xbox Live anymore on my Xbox 360 because my Xbox keeps prompting me to use my associated email account and Microsoft password. Even when I enter the information correctly, I can't sign in. I have turned off Two-Step Verification on my Microsoft
account, but I am still prompted for my associated email and Microsoft password. I just want to be able to sign into Xbox Live, without the Microsoft account password or associated email I use.
