    Hey, so I'm having some trouble playing xbox 360 games on the xbox one. I just bought a 360 game from the game store but when I open the game, a pop-up says that I've been disconnected form xbox live and when I try to download my profile into the emulator, it doesn't work. it gives an error code, but when I search that code I don't get very far. Not sure where to go from here

    I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

    You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).
