Can’t sign into Ubisoft!

Hi

I just purchased “steep” and it says I must create and Ubisoft account to run it. It will not let me sign in for some reason? Do i have to have xbox live? Please help

Are you trying to sign in to Ubisoft? If so you will need to contact their support group. https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US

If not please provide more details for instance are you getting any specific error messages?

He is signed in with the correct Ubisoft account and it has not helped, but thank you. I will put in a ticket on the Ubisoft forums and the RSS forums. Thank you for your advice.

Will this mean i have to sign in on other platforms (eg. ubisoft connect...)

To install Assassin's Creed Origins, you need the Ubisoft Club PC app installed. Once installed, sign in with your ubisoft account you have linked to your Xbox account, then try installing the game again from the Xbox app. It should start the download from the ubisoft Club app.
