Can't sign into the Xbox App or Microsoft Store, how can it be fixed?

For the longest time now I haven't been able to sign into either the Xbox App or Microsoft Store, I thought the issue would sort itself out but in's been five or so months that it has been doing this. I have made a purchase on my Microsoft account through
the use of Google Chrome, however I cannot play the game I have purchased because the game requires me to sign into my Microsoft account in which I cannot do. It always shows an error every time I attempt to sign in. I have no idea what to do.

Here is the error it shows; same error code every time as well.

Can't Sign into Windows 10 Xbox

I suddenly can't sign into Xbox on Windows 10 but can sign into my Microsoft account. I wanted to update Caesars Slot Game but can't sign into Xbox. It takes me to store but it won't connect. This app is free.

You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.

Are you able to sign in at the Microsoft Account Page? If so I recommend uninstalling the Xbox App itself with these steps

You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.

It is showing you to buy it because you are not signed in on the Xbox store. I can see the "Sign in" button showing on your browser.

Try to sign in on the Xbox app or the Microsoft store and see how it goes.

Kindly run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Windows 11 has a built-in troubleshooter for fixing Microsoft Store app issues. Here's how to run it:

Open Settings (Windows + I).

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Find and click on Windows Store Apps under Most frequent.

Click Run and follow the on-screen instructions.

Next is to sign in to the Microsoft Store. Please ensure that you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same account you use to install the Xbox app.

Open Microsoft Store.

Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Once signed in, search for the Xbox app in the Microsoft Store and try installing it again.

Then kindly clear the Microsoft Store and Xbox App Data. Open Settings (Windows + I).

Go to Apps > Installed Apps.

Scroll down to find Microsoft Store and Xbox App.

Click on Microsoft Store, then click Advanced options. Choose Reset.

Do the same for the Xbox app by selecting Advanced options and then Reset.

After resetting both apps, restart your PC and try installing the Xbox app again.

After that is to manually Install the Xbox App. To do this, please visit the Xbox App page on the Microsoft Store.

Click Get to download and install the Xbox app manually.

If you're prompted to open the Microsoft Store, ensure that you're logged in with the correct Microsoft account.

I have restarted, restarted modem, flushed dns, signed in and out etc, also tried task manager fix. tried looking in windows store for updates, as per recommendation from another website. No luck. The mobile app can't install games, my other computer
can't install games, the windows store can't install games, and the xbox beta app can't install games. This is seriously broken and I haven't seen any effort from Microsoft to fix it
