Cant sign into the private preview program fourms

I was told by xbox support and Misses Quinzel I was accepted into tje preview program but still have got nothing not even the dashboard app they said to post in the private preview program forums to request help but still says group not found just wondering
what was going on going on 4 weeks now thanks

Im in the Preview Program, but I don't have access to the Preview Program Fourms. Could I please have access to them?

this is something the preview team need to sort for you. First the forum support team will need to verify you are a preview member and then grant you access to the preview area of the forums (the group not found error is because you don't have access at
the mo).

They will post here when they have done that so keep an eye on this thread! Once you have access you need to head to the Registration Support forum and post a new thread there so the preview team can help you get up and running.

I made a post a few days ago and they said the same exact thing said I was good to go just post in registration support but It still says group not found thanks

 

Sorry to hear it. If you still cannot access the forums then I would recommend heading back to the original forums you posted in and either reply to them or send Misses Quinzel a pm by clicking on the envelope icon underneath her post.

 

Yeah I've never been able to sign in they say I should be able to so idk but thanks for the help guys

I've got the same problem. Been in the preview program for months, still can't access the forum. Tweeted to them, never got my problem resolved.
