Cant sign into the official Xbox website

Dear person reading this,

I have been having a problem on signing into the official website for Xbox. I am signed in from Microsoft, The Xbox App, And the console itself. But it will not let me sign into the actual website, and every time I tried to sign into something related
to Xbox on the website, it sends me to support(which is signed into my Xbox count!) And when i tried to go to the Xbox website from the support it sends me right back!

I have been having this problem for over year now and kind of fed up that this is not fixed. I have did the text chat and called, they were respectful and tried.(maybe on the tried) But they did not help. I have signed in and out on multiple phones,
Xbox consuls, and computers. But they sadly did not work. I even had my stepmom make a Microsoft and Xbox account and it works fine! Plus I had my friends sign in and it works fine. So It is just me having this problem.

I need help, I can not make another email and merge it since that is not an option. I think it is a bug with my account, witch is coursing me not to link my accounts to games on other counsels and sometimes on the Xbox console. It is really annoying
that I can not look at the website and do links with it. If someone can please help. You will be a lifesaver since I can not focus on this issue because, I need to make money to eat.

What exactly happens when you try and sign in?

Does it give you any sort of error message?

What browser are you using?

Have you tried different browsers?

Same problem. I just paid to get age of empires 2 definitive edition and the game works but will not let me play multiplayer and my searches suggest I need to change privacy settings but I am unable to change privacy settings because it does not let me
log in to xbox.com

Same problem. Sooooo freaking stupid. You cant promote your account to adulthood without signing into xbox live. And you cant sign into xbox live without accepting the new terms. And you cant accept the new Terms without the stupid parent account. I cant
even do anything through this website.

Thanks for checking. You should first sign in to https://account.microsoft.com. Once you're signed in there, you're automatically signed in across Microsoft services online. You may use this link https://account.xbox.com/Profile to visit your Xbox profile after you signed in to the Microsoft account's website.
