Can't sign into smartglass

    Can't sign into smartglass


    Whenever I try to sign into smartglass I get a prompt to pick my account and it just kicks me back to the sign in screen. It does it when I manually enter my account as well. Ive tried clearing the cache on all known Microsoft apps with my email that is
    tied to my xbox account. I have a Samsung Galaxy S 6 with Android version G920PVPS3CPG1.

    Is there anything else I can do?

    Xbox one smartglass Error code (0x409) 0x80080300

    I can't sign into my xbox one smartglass app on my laptop. I'm on windows 10 and whenever i click on the app i get that error message and it says we can't sign you in right now try again later. I have no clue what to do. Has anyone had this problem?

    Can you try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and installing it again to see if that helps?

    Have you tried changing your Xbox Live account password to see if that helps?

    I think it's an issue on Xbox's end. Many people have had issues with games and apps, including Netflix and YouTube apps as well. I think this might be part of the Xbox services issues that they've been having over the past 1-2 weeks. There has been many
    posts by people like this, having the same issue with various apps. I think it's an issue on Xbox's end with the services being a bit overwhelmed due to so many people staying home right now from work and school and attempting to play Xbox or load various
    apps at the same time. They are working on it and hopefully these issues will be fixed very soon.

    It's for the Xbox One Smartglass app, not 360. Also as I said, I have the issue with the Mixer app as well.

    The biggest issue that I have on this though is that they all blame another division on the issue. None of them will take any accountability for the problem thus leaving people like me super frustrated with the brand & left without any type of real answer.
