Cant sign into profiles on console

Hi, I cant seem to add a profile or sign into an existing one.

When try to add a new one I get prompted with 0x80a40019 error code and when I sign into another profile I get 0x80072EFE.

I've been hard resetting over the past 5 hours but nothing seems to work. I also cannot reset my network as I am using my college's internet.

Edit: I've managed to get online but I can snap friends but I am not signed in at the top left of the screen.

If its a full blown console ban to where you cant sign into Xbox Live on any profile on the console then it is permanently banned.

 

Cant sign in or delete

i cant delete my account off my console it says action cant be performed at this time. i cant sign into it cuz it says this profile cant connect to xbox live on this console. i also cant recover it on any other console. plz HELP ME!!!!!!!!

 

Check this link and see if your Gamertag or Console may be under some sort of Suspension or Ban. I don't think that is the case if you can see friends online but it's worth crossing off the list. Let me know how that goes and we can go from there!

I waited a few more hours and it let me sign in as normal again. However for online games (Fifa, Call of Duty) i keep getting dropped from online services.
