Can't sign into profile

When ever I go to sign into my profile on my Xbox one it starts the loading for the password screen but never finishes and will just load forever. I have had my account for year and the xbox its self for awhile and have never ran into this problem

Can't sign into another profile

I'm having the same problem. Can only sign in the main profile. My son cannot sign in for co-op. Just get that never ending spinning circle. Hard reset was no help.

Can't sign into another profile

I have no problem signing into my main account. I first had the problem with second profile when trying to sign in, the screen went to the loading spinning wheel. Then it got stuck there. I repeated twice with same results. I did a hard reset and the problem
went away and can sign in now. But now with a third profile, when I tried to sign in, I got the same loading spinning wheel. Hard reset a dozen times but still cannot sign in on the third profile. Help/suggestions/fixes?

I am having the same problem except when i go to the left to select a profile, i get this error : 0x8027025a

Even a power recycle didn't fix this issue

Has this happened ever since the Summer Update came out? If not it might be your xbox one. Try to sign in with another profile to reset your console. If it doesn't help check out this page

try this fix and see if it jars things loose......

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

that was the first thing i tried. still can't sign back in to my profile. i sign out of the profile that is on the app currently and it makes me sign right back into that same profile. no options to pick a second profile. this is the most idiotic app now,
there is no point for it if you can't sign into your own profile any more

This is what the error code means https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/error-code-lookup?code=0x8007000E follow the instructions on the site, and hopefully you should be signed in soon.

I think i just figured out the problem. Looks like the latest update messed with family settings. I had to reassociate my son as family in my microsoft account settings. Had to do the same for the other accounts on this xbox. No more login issues. Hope
