Cant sign into profile

I'v posted in xbox error section aswell. Got a weird couple of errors 0x802705a and 0x87b20c80. I was watching youtube then it crashed tried relaunching nothing happened except entire dashboard started acting up ie. laggy, unresponsive so I restart console
tried logging into my profile an it keeps spinning. If I tap home button it completely locks up dashboard. I checked network settings an I get the "its all good" screen. Iv tried power cycling no luck. I really hope its resolved soon or to hear from someone
with an answer.

For me now its either no live and sign into profile or live and cant sign into profile

Try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

Results were unsuccessful, problem still persist. Cant sign into my profile

I think there is something wrong with the actual 4GB flash memory. I've noticed that when I delete something and restart the machine, it's back on the HD. I just deleted the BF3 demo and moved my profile over to an external thumb drive. After I moved
my profile over I hit the back button to get back to the system settings and it froze. When I restarted the machine I noticed that the BF3 demo and my profile was back on the 4GB Memory. Weird!

@Miss Portia @iMatrix Thanks guys! I was able to determine that it is in fact the internal HD. I moved my profile over to a thumb drive and was able to sign in, however I still can't connect to live because it's telling me an update is available and since
there in no HD, I can't download the update. I'm really going to try and take it up with Best Buy tomorrow though. I spoke with a Microsoft rep and have a case number to send it in, but it's a two/three week process. Wish me luck!
