    Hey there Ducki. Are you able to sign into your UPlay account online too? Just to make sure the credentials are correct, try logging in with them at acinitiates.com.

    Make sure you are sighing in to live using the correct credentials. You are definitely showing as silver here. Are you using the same credentials to sign into the forums that you use to sign in to live?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. However, no one on the forums will be able to help you as what you are trying to do is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service that you agreed to when you created your account.

    What you are trying to do is considered Marketplace Theft and could result in your gamertags and/or consoles being banned from the Live service completely.

    it isn't that we don't WANT to help , we love having you play but credentials are very strictly controlled for security issues the email account doesn't need to be active to use the email and password to sign in but DOES need to be real and active if
    you need to reset things. you can still try guessing even though you can't get support for lost credentials
