Can't sign into my xbox live pc pass,

Hi , ive just subscribed to xbox live pc pass, windows 10,

Before I subscribed I had the xbox apps on my pc and no issues, I was logged in as soon as I turned my pc on

Now from an hour ago as soon as I subscribed, I went back into my xbox pc and it had signed me out ,

Very strange it would do that,

I was excited to start playing,

I've been on Microsoft website and xbox and put in the error code,

I can't even type my name in to sign in as there is an error code

Now I can't even install the xbox app ,

Thanks for super quick reply,

I've just reinstalled xbox app and its signed me back in automatically and it seems everything is working now,

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from the Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log into the Microsoft Store app, try downloading the app and see if you can now log into your account.

Same here. the Live status says Xbox live is good but, test xbox live passes, but can't sign in

I can't put my finger on the conversion rate data, at the moment, but it's approximately 3:1 Gold to Xbox Ultimate, if I recall correctly.

Game Pass for PC is correct.

Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%
