Can't sign into my Xbox Live account

Is there a reason why I can't sign in to my account and Connect t Connect to Xbox live on Xbox 360?

My xbox360 between network is goo, network between internet is good, and internet between xbox live is good. I still can't sign in with my account into xbox live.

I live in Vietnam and I created my account in Vietnam. I can't sign in to the Xbox Music too

Sorry to hear you have not had a great experience with your Xbox Console. Have you already gone through the console setup after powering it on for the first time? If you have gone through the setup you should have been able to connect
to your network and download your account.

If you have already gone through the setup and you are still running into these problems go ahead and try going through the following troubleshooters to see if there is any network related issues.

• I get an error message when I run the 'Test network connection' on Xbox One
• I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer connection' on Xbox One

Although the outages are not specifically for login issues it is still possible that you might experience these issues. If the troubleshooting does not resolve the issue then I would advise just waiting out the outage and then giving it another try once
it has been resolved.

Unfortunately the Xbox is experiencing issues at the moment you could try changing your password to your old account and lock out any console that could possibly be using your old account.
