HI, hoping someone could help me. I cant sign into my account on my Xbox 360, only thing thats changed is I have recently got an Xbox One and signed into it with my xbox account, would signing into the Xbox One have caused an issue ?

I'm having the same issue, chatted with Xbox rep who said others were having problems too. We tried everything as far as troubleshooting and still no luck. It came back up shortly then went down again. I test the connection and the internet/network are
good just Xbox live with the red x.

 

I think it started with the new system update or my router but I'll wait and try tomorrow

 

I've been having the same issue .... so I hate to say that it is a little comforting to know that I'm not alone... If anybody figures out how to fix this issue (including myself) then it would be greatly appreciated if it could please be posted on here.

I am having trouble signing into my xbox 360 also. Went to a chat ambassador and they said that there is a glitch going on with sign in's on the xbox 360 and that they are working on a fix.

 

It's been doing the same stupid thing to me for the past 2 days it sucks
