    Can’t sign into my Xbox 360 games on Xbox one


    Hi there so i have been having trouble with my xbox one so i cant seem to save any progress for any 360 game since it wont let me sign in when prompted i enter in my email and password and b4 you say if its a password error i have it written in

    And everytime i sign in it always tells me we are unable to complete this action

    try again later whuch i do and it does not work

    it is starting to get annoying so plz help me fix this since there are some games that i really wanna play

    Tried that, even did a factory reset on Xbox One still can’t sign into Xbox 360 nor BC Xbox 360 Games

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

    I tried the avatar change and saved it and still doesn’t work. And the video shows deleting the profile but my profile doesn’t even appear. How come I can sign in on Xbox one and Microsoft.com no problem but I just can’t sign into the 360 emulator?
