We totally understand that you want to sign on into your Xbox Series X. I appreciate you for doing some troubleshooting steps to fix your issue. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here deeper since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some troubleshooting steps here that could possibly fix your issue.

Upon checking here, one user suggested that the problem could be caused by an external drive connected to the console. They were able to fix the issue by turning off the Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, then holding the power button and the eject button (sync button for Series X) for 10 seconds. After that, they were able to start the console in low resolution mode and change the resolution back to 4K in the settings.

Also, another user suggested unplugging the console for 5 minutes after holding down the power button for 10 seconds, then reconnecting it and waiting for 60 seconds before turning it on again.

Hi for some reason I can’t view my invitation for the Xbox series x bundle

I can’t launch Forza horizon 4 on my series X to. Some problems, i guess.

So I had a series s before this series x and I could’ve sworn whenever a game was opened it would automatically show I’m quick resume and it’s not doing that on my series x I can’t pin any games except cod vanguard
