Can't sign into my profile?

Every time I try to sign into my account, it's sits on the loading screen for ages with the spinning circle at the centre of the screen and nothing happens, I've waited as long as 20 mins multiple times with no luck.

I can however sign in to other accounts on the xbox. ive checked the Xbox live status and everything is good and as far as I'm aware I'm not account banned or anything so is there any explanation or fix?

Some additional information that might be useful is that I changed my Microsoft password this morning due to apparent suspicious activity recorded, but I've had no trouble logging in all day until now so I'm unsure if this is the issue.

Rather than rely on third-party sources, you can look
here to see what Microsoft reports as the current status of their own servers.

As of this posting, everything looks to be in normal, running shape.

Most of the time, people disconnect from Xbox Live because they haven't properly configured their own network hardware, among many other local factors.

I can't sign into my account.

In this situation, I would advise that you take a look over the
compromised Account troubleshooter just in case. Seeing that you're seeing an unknown Xbox in your my devices for your account. You should definitely change your accounts password after removing access to all devices currently associated with your Microsoft
account.

Try logging out of all profiles on your console. Then remove your profile and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the
console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in. Sometimes it will take a few minutes to get logged in.

From this previous thread, it appears that a full power cycle of the console might help resolve the issue. If you
hold the Xbox button on the console down for 10 seconds until it shuts down, let it sit for a minute or so, then power it back up and try again, it should hopefully work. Please let us know if that doesn't work and we can provide some further troubleshooting
steps to try.
