Can't sign into my profile on Xbox one

    I can't sign into my profile o my Xbox one. Removed it now I can even add another profile

    can't sign in to my profile on xbox or other Xbox

    can someone help me here I can't sign into my profile on my Xbox or any other profiles on my Xbox and I can't sign in on another Xbox my profile and I keep getting this code Sign in: 0x87DD0006

    cannot connect to xbox live

    Hi, when I try to sign into xbox live on my usual profile I get a message reading 'can't connect to xbox live. select test connection or troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again'

    when i test my connection everything says it is connected, but my profile will not sign in.

    Other profiles are able to sign in on my console, just not my regular one. any suggestions?

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If that doesn't work then try a factory reset on the console. Don't worry about your installed content, there's an option
    to keep it installed.

    I have tried this one already. The problem is that in step 5, I can't sign out of my profile because there aren't any to sign into. And I can't add any because I need to be connected to Xbox Live to add a profile, which is the main problem altogether.
