cant sign into my account

3 days ago i was going to play gta v.i turned on my xbox one and tried to sign in to my account(auto sign in is off). it took a while and ended up with an error.i contacted my friends and most of them(over 200 people) had the same problem. we contacted
support and they told us it would be fixed within 3 days. its been 4 days now and most of us(others changed theyr ip and dns and it wroked for them but it didnt work for us) still have the same problem.by the way error code is "0x80a40010"

Just done this to me. What's going on?

 

Are you by any chance within the Ukraine, some people have confirmed they are having sign in issues from this region.

i know about that.same problem runs in russia too.but im from iran.

 

my account region is but im not in non the supported countries and i had no problem playing for 4 years.this the first time im getting this error. by the war i tried all the solutions in the link u said.non of them worked.
