Can't sign into my account when offline

Been having issues with my internet lately which is a whole other issue with ATT, but im not able to sign into my account when not online. Is this a thing now? I cant access my digital games because it says the account that purchased it isnt logged on.
Also, im not able to pop any achievements while offline (because i cant sign in). Any help would be appreciated, it would really suck if you have to be online to pop all achievements. Went years without internet to my 360 and used to have no problems with
it.

if you have passkey it's not going to leave you since that's the security method, if you remove the passkey and it's the main console you shouldn't have problems

Hi Mike,

If you're game sharing and your account is set to home on another console, there's a chance you wont be able to sign into your account when offline. but this really shouldnt be the case normally.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. When it comes to playing the Xbox One offline, you need to make sure that the Xbox One is designated as your
Home Console. You will then need to connect to Live at least once, then set the console to Offline. For more info on how to play your

I can't even sign into my profile offline. When i try to sign in i am requested to give my email. It then errors and says to try again later and does not let my profile stay signed in offline. Therefore I can't access any saved games.

Unable to sign in to Xbox Music on Windows 8.

I get the error message that I am offline when My connection is fine...
