Cant sign into my account on xbox one

Same here as well guys. I'm not usually one to complain and generally love my xbox but it's seems absolutely insane that i can't log in and play a game because of a server issue. How is there no local sign built into the system? A server issue shouldn't
break every game on a system. I can't play anything right now, it's essentially a giant pass through to my TV. Not cool at all.

 

Guys I just turned off my wonderful N64 to try the sketchbox one and its working now!

Not holding my breath for long though.

Well go to xbox.com/status its some widespread thing that resolves over time but every half hour the page gets updated saying what the service is at

 

Just to let you all know ive had this problem before and bassicly its a billing error have any of you purchased anything from xbox from your console via credit or debit card its either that or your xbox live has run out and theyve automatically gone into
the bank to re purchase it in wich case they wasnt no money in the account so they suspend your account untill any further charges have been payed to them ive had the problem before and im having it again .. im just going to have to wait untill the morning
to ring them up and make the payment .. I hope this resolves your issue because I can 90 percent gaurentee this is the problem.

 

Unplugging did not help. Will try with kinect unpluged.

 

Unglugging Kineck then unplugging Console while Console was on and then replugging only the Console, leave the Kinect unplugged has worked and I am now signed in and logged on to xbox live.

I just hope it stays.

 

I have to say that I was having problems too. Waited a bit, went to MS site to find out WTH, it actually said there were problems, but they were fixed. Rechecked my Live connection on the one. Bing. Signed in.

First in my experience. Something that they said and did worked as expected. That was very good service. I've had my issues over the decades, but I needed to come and say that this time, this was an exceptional job.

 

Playing out last with headset in dark room..............got me sweating. all is still good.

Might try to plug in the Kinekt. If I do will let know the results.

Will post if I have sign in problems tomorrow.

This would a suprise me because there were no complication with my billing or the amount in my account.

 

plugged in my head set 'official Microsoft" and nothing.

So I tried to update my xbox controller and when I plugged it in the interface was waiting for me to press " A " showing the controller on the screen.

Then the controller became unresponsive.

Still have the Kinekt unplugged after a hard reset ' while the console was on. " so WTF.

Maybe that is what is going on but I bought the stereo Official Xbox head set.

 

Hard reset again while console was on after reset normally.

Then Head set worked without controller update "again" .

Updated controller previously in initial purchase of console and head set which was yesterday.

Hi, I had this problem too.

Make sure you aren't doing any heavy downloads while you are trying to sign in as this can cause the signing in process to time out and therefore not allow you to sign in.

I managed sign in after I paused one of my downloads.
