Cant sign into my account on xbox one

I'm having that same error, 0x87DD0006. My network and multiplayer settings are good, but I'm seeing 'Service info is unavailable' under networking.

I wish I bought the new PlayStation. This Xbox one has given me nothing but grief. It only works half of the time and I can't even use Kinect. Microsoft thought it would be a great idea to add a proprietary connection to Kinect and then not even sell an
f'ing extension cable that would work with it!

 

These problems are just happening to often. I'm ready to give up on the xbox. Customer service is on a 2 hour wait right now. I've not been able to log in for a couple hours, makes me wonder if the ps4 having issues like this too? Last time I buy day one.

 

Unreal, I pay 9.99 for this service a month and I cannot even play a game I had to purchase for another 59.99 UNREAL, they need to start giving credits out for stuff like this.

 

Yeah they rushed it out and now where paying to beta test it for them !!!

 

If you guys are having trouble signing into your profile disconnect your kinect and unplug the xbox one while it is still on it worked for me.

Trying the power removal with kinect still connected will try without if doesnt work will post back if sucessful.

 

I'm having the same problem right now. I just hooked up my N64 and have been playing goldeneye for the last hour.

Second day I had the one by the way worked fine yesterday bought some digital games and now cant play them. Even if I go offline none of them finished downloading so. I'm *** I guess.

Severely disappointing when I realized this has been a day one issue 7 month and still going.

 

Same issue for me today. I feel so cheated and ripped off. I wish I'd never bought this problem plagued console. <insert sarcasm font> I'm sure my post will be removed, but microsoft, feel free to contact me if you'd like to pay me to post videos on you
