cant sign into MS jigsaw game

Have not been able to sign into the MS Jigsaw puzzle game for a couple months now. Have free puzzle apps that work better. Not happy.

Microsoft Jisaw windows 8.1

although signed into microsoft account, cant sign in to microsoft jigsaw on windows 8.1

Can't Sign into MS Jigsaw.

I'm sorry to see any issues with signing in to Jigsaw. I'm going to throw some basic troubleshooting at you, however please do let me know if you've already tried them.

First, ensure that your PC is
fully updated. This resolves issues if Windows is not fully updated, so it's the first thing we try. If you are fully updated or it doesn't work, try

uninstalling and reinstalling Jigsaw.

If you've done that and it still doesn't work, have you tried it on another gamertag/Microsoft account? You can do this with another user on the PC if you do not want to sign out of the Xbox App.

Lastly, if none of that works, do you mind posting back a screenshot of the error you are receiving? This will help me out with anything that I need to troubleshoot on the PC end.

So this did not work for me, neither did running the app troubleshooter, nor did disabling windows firewall. Do you have any more ideas. I am slightly more than pissed, I had every downloaded puzzle up until the last time I tried to use this program about six

Same problem, I can't sign in. I can sign in any other ms games (for example MS Sudoku or Jigsaw), but not this one... Why???

Further correction: I find I can sign into MS Jigsaw, Mahjong, and Taptiles OK. It is just Solitaire and the main Xbox account which won't let me in. The latter is particularly curious, since Jigsaw etc are accepting the same username and password...
