    Cant Sign into minecraft


    I can sign into minecraft website with my microsoft account and I can sign into microsoft products with my account. But when I try to sign into the minecraft launcher I get an error message : 0x80048823

    It also will not let me log into the Xbox app. I tried what a few other community posts told me to do with no avail. But it let me log into minecraft.net, buy the game but then I just cant login on the launcher. Frustrating. I can log in to microsoft products with no problem so I know my account info is correct.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. If you haven't already, check out the troubleshooting from the Mojang support site : Unable
    to login    .

    If that resolve this issue, let us know every troubleshooting step you have already performed, along with any other information the error message may be giving you.

    I suggest signing out of your Xbox live account on the xbox companion App. then sign in again, and try the game.

    Is there a chance some of your services for Xbox have become disabled for some reason (usually an update)?

    you can find these under services on the start menu

    hHi that article isnt relevant to solving my problem.The problem I have is that a black box appears and then after some time dissapears. after that, when I cancel the sign in process something says that something wet wrong while signing in
