Can’t sign into minecraft. Wont let me unlink microsoft account

I tried linking my microsoft account to my ps4 minecraft and it failed. I think I put in the wrong information or something but I got no error code. When I click ‘sign in its free’ I get a message saying its failed with no error code. When I click on the
unlink button in settings so that I could try a new account, nothing happens. I can click the button over and over but nothing happens. I’ve tried uninstalling the game but when I reinstall MC it seems to still be connected to the microsoft account. I think
my ps4 MC account is stuck with an account I cant access
