Can't sign into Minecraft using Microsoft

Based on your description, you are able to sign in with other account however not with your current account. We appreciate you have shared to us the steps you already performed. There is a possibility that this issue is related to this specific account and the edition of Minecraft it can play otherwise, this is related to PC or network issues or other things. Let us isolate the issue, please provide us answers to our questions below:

1. When was the last time you have signed into your account on Minecraft?
   
2. Can we ask if you have tried to access your account through this link: Xbox Profile | Xbox?
   
3. Is the current account related to work/school? Do you previously access Minecraft Education? Or what edition of Minecraft you were playing and what device are you using?
   
4. Is your computer for personal use or was this connected to a domain (for business/work)?
   
5. Can we ask for a screenshot of the issue? Please conceal your personal information like username/gamertag, email address and full name.
   
6. Have you tried other devices like phone and mobile data to see if issue persist?
   
7. Did you previously migrate your Minecraft account into this current Microsoft account?

Can you provide to us your current region/country? Please do not disclose complete home address.

We will provide you steps in reporting this issue to Team Xbox. This way the team can investigate the issue.

• On Xbox app for Windows:
  
  • Launch Xbox app
    
  • Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon
    
  • Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
    
  • Select “Report a problem”
    
  • Click Give new feedback
    
    • Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.
      
  • Category should automatically be selected.
    
  • In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.

Hi Kathy,

1. The last time I logged into my Minecraft account was through Microsoft perhaps two weeks ago now.

2. I have attempted to access my account through the Xbox Profile, but when attempting to change my name I am brought to a blank screen (attached below).

3. My current account is a personal account and not attached to any organisations. I was playing on Minecraft Java Edition using a desktop PC.

4. My computer is for personal use and attached to my home network only.

5. Screenshot will be attached below.

6. I have tried using my mobile, using both home WiFi and mobile data with the same happening each time.

7. My current Minecraft account was created under my Microsoft account and I do not have a Mojang account to migrate.

Same for me. Entered code for minecraft. Accepted but then said 'problem is at our end, try waiting'. Now code is used and can't be entered again. No sign of minecraft anywhere. How will this get fixed Microsoft? Very disappointing
