Can’t sign into Microsoft account on Minecraft ps5

I did the account on my email but like a example I can’t play Minecraft realms on ps5 whit my Microsoft account

Start over but it’s telling me in Minecraft on my ps5 to sign into that one but I can’t

Mariano, I'm afraid that because you use this game on a platform other than Microsoft / Xbox and that Microsoft is not in charge of or control the linking or unlinking of accounts on any platform by the user, you will have to contact PSN and Minecraft support directly, since they have specific rules.

If you signed in with a new Microsoft account on your PS5, you will not be able to access your old Minecraft account that was linked to your previous Microsoft account.
