Cant sign into apple music app through my Series X console

Hi, I can't seem to log into my new apple music account so i can listen to music through the app on my Xbox, keeps saying login failed, it's the right details I'm putting in. i must tried loads of times, and its defiantly the right log in details. I can log into this account fine using few other devices I'm currently listening it too. I'm going round in circles at the moment. its been like it for a month, since i signed up to the free trial. Can anyone help.
