Cant sign into another account

So i try to sign onto my daughters login and it says to

FIX THIS ON THE WEB

Theres a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in.

Ive checked the account and theres nothing popping up that needs to be fixed so it seems like

Try clearing your cache, and see if that works.

Hello, sorry once redeemed it cant be transferred to another account. I would say in the future to be mindful of what account you are signed into.
