Can't sign into account

Just to set your expectations, we are not Microsoft employees and do not have access to accounts on this public forum.

What happens when you try to send the code to your number? Do you see any errors or messages?

An update to this post. I am also not able to switch accounts or get the screen that should pop up when you press the xbox button on the top center of the controller. It simply greys out the screen. You can navigate but you can't go anywhere and no options
come up.
