Can't sign into account or connect to live

Just recently my One has started to have a lot of problems and I'm not sure why. I can not sign in or connect to live. I've done everything it has told me to do. I've reset my router multiple times, disconnected the wireless from the One and reconnecting,
re downloaded my profile and, hard reset but none of this seems to be working. I went on the Xbox website to see if there is some thing wrong with my account and there does not seem to be a problem... I also tried to sign in on my 360 and it also can't sign
me in. I'm not sure what the deal is my internet is working fine on every thing else except the Xbox. I noticed that there is a service alert for both consoles connecting to cloud services, is that what is causing my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can Connect To Xbox Live But I Get Signed Out Every Time I Play A Game

I've had an Xbox Live account for a couple years and I've never ran into this problem until now. When I sign into my account it connects to Xbox Live like normal, but if I try to play a game it instantly signs me out of Xbox Live, and if I somehow manage
to sign back in, I can still join multiplayer games but instantly get kicked because I can't connect to the host. Also, I can't send messages to anyone at any time even if I'm signed into Xbox Live.

 

Windows 10 Games Cannot Sign Into the Xbox Account

Also having problems, can't sign into jigsaw or sudoku, trying to get the achievements in those games and I can't because I can't connect to my xbl account.

 

I am having the same exact issue with the same exact results. It started 2 days ago on my Xbox One console but my internet and account are working fine. Did the "cloud" just take a virtual steaming dump and spill out all of our info? I hope none of our privacy
was compromised.
