Can't Sign Into Account On Xbox One S

cannot sign into Xbox One S and one starting up the Xbox with my controller that is assigned to my account receive the message sorry could not sign you in sign in through guide. When I sign in through the guide I receive a message stating there was a problem
we could not sign you in try again in a few minutes or check your account by signing in to account. Live.com sign in 0x800488FC. I have hard reset my Xbox through the settings I have hard reset my Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds I have
unplugged my Xbox and internet plugged my internet back in after waiting about 5 minutes waited for my internet to fully connect and then plug my Xbox back in none of these have fixed the problem technical support through the automated system says it will
take almost 300 minutes for someone to call me or puts me in a chat Q of over 3,000 participants I find it funny that every Xbox product and every Microsoft product I have ever owned relating to the Xboxes I have owned for approximately two years before an
update has been pushed through and that device no longer works this problem needs to be resolved it needs to be resolved soon or I will be filing a class action lawsuit against Microsoft and its Xbox Branch due to fraudulent sales of equipment.

I would appreciate a speedy response and a correction to the issue that is causing my system to not work properly

Can't Sign in with to my XBOX account on Xbox Live, just like so many other people I see on here. Error Code: 0x800488FC which it says isn't even an error message. Support please help!!

However I can sign in via a laptop and get into my XBOX account no problem. Why isn't Xbox One or Xbox One S working???

sport now says the core systems are down so hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly however there is no ETA on when the service will be restored

I agree with you byron lets file a lawsuit together because i just spent $600 on the new xbox set up. Now i cant play.... im pissed. Ive been waiting for 5 hrs to play. Mater of fact im giving them 10 min from right now to fix this. If it is not fixed
i will be returning this xbox for my money then use it to buy a ps4. As well as calling my lawyer in 10 min from right now its currently 9:50pm central time. The date is august 15 2018. At 10pm central time august 15 2018. If this problem is not fixed im gonna

This had also accured with the 360. This is a consistent accuring event that is **** people out of their money.

unfortunately dude in the terms of service for live there is a clause that prevents anyone from xbox or Microsoft from being sued by users!
