Can't sign into account/ offline update wont work.

I couldn't sign into my xbox live account, so I removed it and then tried to add it back. When it wouldn't let me add it back, I took the advice of a microsoft employee and reset my xbox. Now, every time I get to the startup page, it gets stuck on the
update section where it says "There was a problem with the update." I have done the offline update, and still nothing works. Please help asap! Thank you.

Xbox live have so any issues like that I am sorry to hear that try to do a hard reset on your xbox and so if that will help

Everytime I sign into my xbox account it say your key pad was try several times at the bottom it say authorize I hit authorize put in my password and the screen go grey

As I said in my original message, I already tried the online update and it still says "There was a problem with the update" when I get to the update part of the system startup.

Can't. got to the troubleshooter and it wont let me select the offline update option.
